Has anyone bought this yet? It just came out I think, so maybe no one has it yet. If someone gets it, how is it compared to the older ones? Smile

You can see it here.

Magicsmith sells it for US $15 while http://www.expertmagic.com sell is for US $20 (instant download). Hard to decide to get it from where. 25% discount vs. immediately knowing the secret...

I have this but haven't used it at this point. You will need to go shopping before you can begin and the close up mat (as you see in the video) is essential.

I found this (and I'm being kind) to be, hmmm, terrible. Very disappointing , probably the worst I've bought in several years.

Oh my...It was horrible. One of the worst things that came out last year and highly impractical. I think that the stuff from Expert Magic is all kind of bad and not exactly "expert" (as they call it).

Yeah, don't get it. I've used it once but it was so fishy because I wouldn't let anyone turn on the *****s. Don't get it, it is like the Ford Trucks of magic tricks. Hehehehe.

It is simply black magic, unable to be performed in a live situation.

I especially didn't like it when they said you can do it with borrowed change Smile

Believe me, it's not the 'last' matrix you'll ever need...you don't need this one to begin with.

Kennedy's Impossible Matrix looks alot more cleaner and can be done with borrowed change. Or just use sleight of hand - it won't kill ya Smile

I agree, Logan.

Impossible matrix is great. Matrix 2003 is ... a joke. The coins aren't examinable, they are clearly visible when the "hiding" method takes place, and too much lighting PERIOD and it's over. Go with Impossible Matrix!

I want to do a good matrix effect gimmicked or ungimmicked. What should I buy or learn? Criss Angel did a bare-handed matrix, is this hard?

Of all the Matrix effects out there, I still like the good old classic, ungimmicked version. I feel like new "improved" (gaffed) versions are mainly for magi.

MagicAL,

Criss Angel's Matrix is actually one of the easier Matrix effects. It can be done on any soft surface. It can be found in Apocolypse Vol 1 and I'm sure at least a dozen other places.

This trick (Matrix 2003) is total garbage. Stay away, and use your money for better quality tricks!
