I am not quite sure were to post this, but this looks good or someone will move it where it needs to go.

I would like to let the board know how wonderful Wireless Wizardry was this past week. About 10 years ago, I bought an electronic effect from them. It relies on a wireless remote. Well, I just lost that remote... No where to be found. Anyway, it is an old unit and Tim from Wireless Wizardry helped me greatly. He tracked down an old remote, and sent it out ASAP. As a matter of fact, I told him in an email that I had been pressed for time, and that this particular effect is a very important part of my show and that I wasn't looking forward to a weekend of shows without it. I told him I would be sending the payment. The next morning I sent the payment and at about noon the package arrived at my office. Tim (without knowing me from a bum in the street) sent the remote out before I even sent him a dime.

Truly a pleasure to work with.

I got similar customer service from them with my original ShowTech. There was a problem and one of the features wouldn't operate correctly. I got a chip in the mail within a couple weeks with instructions on how to install it, and problems were all fixed.
