Well basically I have a choice of these tow thumb-tips and NO others so should i go for the hard vernet or the rubber tenyo?

its your own preference, i prefer the hard one, so i can load things that wont get crushed in my pocket

Get both. Each style has bonuses and negatives. I use the hard one for my dollar changes and the soft ones for silk vanishes. Play with them and see what you like for each trick.

Find the size of each that fits you and get a couple of each. You'll find uses for them.

You missed a third one, the Eclipse tip. I just took a class on it from Jay Scott Berry, who I believe invented this variation, and it's spectacular! Very, very versatile tip.
