Where can we get those white silicon multiplying ball that able to bounce...like the one that McBride use in his series of manipulation act tapes....

Those are Fakini balls and many dealers carry them. They are hard to get sometimes though. Denny Haney usually has a small supply. Try http://www.dennymagic.com. They come in several different colors and sizes, not just white.
