the other thing is that the dealers and the inspectors have a monoton job. and they have to do long shifts...
so they don't care whats going on.anyway...its not their money they are loosing.

and there is greed...
an excroupier started doing jokes at the BJ table...and then turned this into a scam...
he made a lot of money and it took them a long time to nail him. but he got caught because he was not smart and became greedy.

I will not say by this that if you are smart the surveillance cant nail you...
its just when you become greedy, then you take more then the day bevor...and so on...
and ones you will take to much.

there are a lot of easy ways to cheat a little...but the greed destrois most of it...
you know what I mean?

and as you say..it is really not the job of the dealer to do the surveillance job.
they are so bored anyway of having the same **** every day... most of them just think of the beer after work...
