That was the site Ive been to before... Ive corresponded with the guy regarding prices before, he seems kinda shady... I would rather go directly to his place if I was gonna buy something...

Yeah I wouldnt put to much faith into something like that. it seems in most places of crime you need to do it yourself. that ways there no connection and you don't have to deal with shady characters that might come back to bite you in the ass later on
you can fool all of the people some of the time and some of the people all the time but never all of the people all the time.

I agree with that also. Learn all you can but use your own brains. The art of cheating is not about using other peoples ideas but comming up with your own ideas.
