I've been wanting to get a false shuffle dvd that deals on in the hand false shuffles. I had just about decided to get the Heinstein dvd and then I read the blurb of Justin Higham's 3 false shuffles dvd and it says that it too also covers in the hand riffle shuffle work.
I've heard a lot of great things about the Heinstein dvd, but what about Higham's. Please help. Thanks for reading. |

The heinsten shuffle is very very good. That's all I know.

I second Frank's comment. I've never seen an in-the-hands false shuffle that's as deceptive as the Heinstein Shuffle, although some others may be easier to execute.

Another very good one is the Eric Anderson False Riffle Shuffle. It is in the hands and is not that hard to do. The only problem is sometimes the cards will get stuck in the strip-out but it is very deceptive.

Thanks guys. I've decided to get the Heinstein Shuffle dvd.
Although, if anybody has a review of the Higham dvd, I'd like to hear it. |

First, I don't do too much cards magic, so Heinsten shuffle help me to improve my routines without difficulty.
It is a deceptive false shuffle method. Agree with the others above. |

Heinstein is Number 1, Lennart Green's is Number 2. So Heinstein is the best choice

Justin Higham is very good but I don't know about the DVD. He is in with Will Bunny and dave who looks like badly drawn boy. They are top tier london card mechanics.

Lennart greens false shuffles are the best. The "real grean shuffle" is faster, easier, and more deceptive in my opinion. And it is all done in the hands. For me it is a toss up between Lennart greens shuffle and Guy Hollingworth's shuffle in his book.

I'd always thought the consenus was that the Heinstein shuffle was better than the Real Green shuffle. I'll probably end up getting both dvd's anyways (I will probably also get the Higham dvd).

I just received The Heinstein shuffle DVD and it does look really good! Just gotta work on it.
My favorites are Guy Hollingworth's false riffle shuffle and Dan Garrett's underhanded overhand shuffle. Eric Anderson's False Riffle Shuffle is similar to Guy Hollingworth's but I prefer Hollingworth's strip out due to the fact it is concealed. I don't like the Real Green shuffle, but I do like Lennart Green's False Angle shuffle. It is also somewhat similar to Hollingworth's. I incorporate Lennart's extra move at the end with the Hollingworth shuffle. |

I like heinstein shuffle very much as it looks very natural, and , you know, hearing is believing. I also like the real green shuffle. I don't use eric anderson's shuffle because, in real in the hand shuffle, I seldom strip the cards out.
