I have heard many good things here about Jim Sisti's Professional Restaurant Magic, Jim Pace's Restaurant Workers Handbook, and Kirk Charles' The Complete Guide To Restaurant and Walk-Around.
My question is whether there is any significant difference among the works. I have Kirk Charles' book and love it but if there are some good sized differences I am interested in looking into the other books as well. |

Jim Sisti's "The Magic Menu—The First Five Years" and "The Magic Menu - Years Six through Ten" are good too.
