I have been getting ready to do so, but I need to decide what I want them to look like. Stay tooned. For those that do not know, my sticks FOOLED JOE BERG... as there is no tilt needed (for one and the other is tilted in a natural action that doesn't look like a tilt).

Back in July Michael Baker posted: "Although I am unconvinced they [Chinese Sticks] have to be elaborate to fool and entertain and audience, I have been thinking about putting out some nice exotic hardwood versions when I have the time to experiment on the lathe. I think a set in Rosewood, Cocobolo, or Ebony would be striking!"
No doubt you have realized that in an hour's time you could have your Rosewood or Cocobolo sticks with the application of the appropriate veneers to the outside of your mailing tubes. You've got me thinking. Thanks

Pete, BTW the Ming Dynasty Sticks used a teflon tube but that was the flaw, after a while the nylon cord would wear into the tube's edge and the cord could hang up in the notch caused by the wear. As Zanadu is gone unfortunately these are no longer manufacuted.
