I just recently purchased this effect after seeing reviews here on the Café'. I am more than pleased. For a measly $15.00 I'm having a blast with this. I did change the handling a bit and end with just a Quarter and something like "No, Over here is a Quarter but that's a whole other trick" I then do Greg Wilson's "all around vanish" and then say "that is if the quarter cooperates". Those that have this will understand the ending.

For those that don't have this I suggest you give it a look. There is a whole lot of magic happening and the price is right.

This is a great little trick to carry around with you!

I love the transposition phase... very magical.

Fun... easy... uses coins that don't arouse any suspicion... fantastic.

I absolutely love this too, because of the great reactions it gets; being in PA, it's natural for me to have the transposition be a certain piece of central PA chocolate candy loved the world over. And as Tim points out -- it uses common, everyday-looking coins.

My one problem is replacing the coins. I lost the first set I got; I had to purchase the entire routine again to get the coins since they're only sold as a package -- and the [ on that one got bent! I'll have to contact David to see if he would consider selling the sets for back-up to those who've purchased the routine.

Is this the one put out by Camirand Academy?

Great little effect! I use a either a piece of Bazooka Bubble Gum or a Silver dollar as the final load. Hits 'em right between the eyes every time.

It's not a problem at all, actually. It's a non-locking penny and dime set. Many of the gaff manufacturers have them. Most magic shops can get them.

Thanks -- I know Sasco makes them in non-locking sets, but I've had difficulty finding them at my local shops.
