Hey guys! This seemed to be the most appropriate place to post this. I'm in a revue right now and got a great notice for my vent act in particular. This quote is definitely going on the website and in the press kit. Here's the link:

Hope you don't mind me tootin' my own horn. How often am I actually called "amazing"?
You might need to register with mysa.com to access the link ... but it's free, and free is good.
See ya!

Congratulations "Amazing Joe!" - Make sure you build on this brother!

To me, any mention in the press is a BIG DEAL! To be called an amazing ventriloquist is even better. Congratulations!

Congratulations Joe! You now have a real press quote that you can use for years and years to come.

Joe -

I took a testimonial from a newspaper customer, and quoted a portion of it on the back of my business card, along with another brief quote from another testimonial letter.

You could even do the same for your press quote. Just one possiblity for it's many uses.

P.S. Congratulations!

Ooooooh! Putting the quote on a business card is a GREAT idea! Thanks!!
Joe L.

You're welcome! Glad to be of help.

P.S. This is just one of the things Dean was suggesting when he said "Make sure you build on this brother!" He knows his stuff.

Another idea that I do when I get good press coverage is to send out the good news to the folks that are in my ACT contact database. Letting my leads, past clients, suspects etc., know of my good news can often times do wonders for me. It gets my name back in their minds and shows them that I am not only working a lot, but others are having and finding the solutions I provide to them worth it. It may just get them to take direct action to contact me.
