Hi, I am looking for suggestions for a kid show.
After a warm-up performed with an everyday costume I would like to change it in a bit "creating" a new character ( let's say something like Merlin or Potter or even something easier with a wig and a pair or large glasses.....) I would like to do this in few seconds passing behind a curtain on scene or raising a large sheet and doing the change behind it. Any suggestion on how to do it or any source where I can find all the details?
Thanks a lot/Fabio

Quick change! Check out Yosuda's "Art of Costume Changing" DVD.

Here is a link: http://www.elmwoodmagic.com/?nd=full&key=3069

It is part of the "Greater Magic Library" series. You will learn everything you will need to know.

You'll also need a good seamstress to help you out. You might check with Pricilla Mooseburger (Trisha Bothun) at http://www.mooseburger.com/pricilla/index.html

She is a former Ringling Brothers Circus clown and should be able to help you.

Good luck with the change! Mark.

We offer ready made gimmicks for this type of quick change. You can see them, along with a video at http://www.chameleonfabrications.com

All the best,

Rob
