I had the great fortune to spend some time with Jim Swain at a book signing event for his two new novels Deadman's Poker and Deadman's Bluff These two stories of cheating at The World Series of Poker are great fiction reading. Fast paced, great characters, and for anyone with even a little interest in cards a truly engaging plot.
These two books tell two parts of the same story so I recommend starting with Deadman's Poker but get them both. You will want to know how it all ends. Cheers, Tom |
