Although I don't have a weight problem I need to loose about 15 pounds to get those abs back. I will begin this on Aug.18th and track my progress for 15 days.

most likely not much more than mine do, I've ridden my unicycle up and down my street juggling knives while wearing a shiny red unitard. ( it was for a comedy bit I did for a public access show)

Another pound off as of this mornings weigh in. 17 pounds in 21 days.

It got so interesting this morning I put in 15 minutes and added a small hill!

Blood Pressure WAS upper Stage 2 Hypertension...got it down to high NORMAL as of today...now THAT is news I wanted to hear!

After I get myself back in shape THEN I'll go to a Doctor. I know, I'm backwards...but I hate going so I don't. If I went in like I was a couple of weeks ago they wouldn't have let me out!! hahaha
