Domestic strife is not necessary since both sexes can do it in tandem! (I know... that's an epiphany)...actually more than both sexes...it's for everybody!

Forgot to mention that I intend to do 15 minutes instead of the prescribed 10 minutes. I've also put a couple of neighbors on notice that I'll be sweeping the driveway and parts of the street as part of my upcoming workout so no need to call the men in white coats.
