Just A Cautionary Note To Go Along With This Topic.

I Just Averted A Potential Disaster With A Bunch Of Flash Paper.

I Had It Stored In A Heavy Weight Zip Loc Bag Inside One Of My Prop Trunks.

I Happened To Be Checking On Other Props When I Realized That All Of The Flash Paper Sheets Had Changed To A Yellow Color And Had A Strong Sulfuric Smell.

I Managed To Safely Dispose Of It By Flushing It But It Was Just Getting Ready To Combust.

Store All Of Your Flash Paper, Cotton, String, Etc. In A Fireproof Metal Box And Not Inside Your Residence.
Also Do Not Over Buy Like I Did Where I Had Bulk Flash Paper Hanging Around For A Long Time.

I Got Lucky. Don't Tempt Fate.

Best,

I keep my flash products inside of an airtight tupperware container (which I burp [take the air out of]), and then I put that in a heavy duty steel ammunition container.

I ordered the bulk flash pads, and they were shipped wet, and I put all of them as they were int he tupperware and ammunition container, and they are still damp and regular colored. (It's been about a month)

Excellent advice! I heard also you could store them in the vegetable bin of your fridge. I thought also about freezing them in ziplocks but have not tried it yet.

This thread was right next to the Electric Touch thread and I was worried it would combust, so I moved it.
