Not hard to use, but can be difficult to conceal up close (Measures about 1 1/2" x 1" and is on fire). You can actually see it a little in the photographs. Not as sturdy construction as I would like (My lighting mechanism on both eventually broke off). Just be careful not to use too much flammible stuff when it is loaded. Mine leaked a bit because I used too much and lit my right hand on fire.
Good for stage stuff though. Gwyd |

I have it too (I bought it many, many years ago).
I think it is "ok". Mostly, not practical because you have to load them onto your palms, which can be awkward, unless you have a good routine to provide cover.

If the Haslett version is too expensive for you, I've been told that Omega Fire is better that the Fire From Palms.
If you have Subterfuge, there is a section on the Subterfuge forum that discusses creating a similar, low tech version that allows for cleaner handling. This is what I use in my fire palm routine in conjunction with Pyris for the ending.
