I'm a registered user but there seems to be some difficulty in getting on site. Sometimes there is an error message, other times there is simply no access. Any current information?
This is a great resource and it would be a great loss if it went down permanently. |

Those issues have come and gone for several years now. It isn't going anywhere.

I agree with Randy. The Learned Pig is not going anywhere.
Marko, who runs TLP, has done a fantastic job, worked long and hard and continually tries to improve that site. He can be reached via email at magomarko@yahoo.com. If you have a problem today, just give it a little bit and try again later. Server issues are well known with TLP. Good luck. Mark. |

Hi all,
The Learned Pig Project has changed server and I hope this will, at least, mitigate our woes. The URL is the same, of course: http://thelearnedpig.com.pa I just uploaded new books: En Rapport (Annemann), Vaudeville Mind Reading (La Vellma), 40 Years In & Around Magic (Leat), The Lightning Artist (Burroughs), Vol 1 and Vol 2 (24 issues) of Stanyon's magazine Magic (1900-1901). I plan to keep adding volumes until everything is on the site. I also uploaded better PDF versions of Hoffmann's Modern Magic and his Magical Titbits. The old ones were very heavy and slow. In fact, all my Hoffmann PDFs were heavy and slow so I will make new versions of the rest and upload them too. As I say, we are in a new server now but we have had lots of technical problems like a trojan or virus transmitted by a banner and a rogue mail program that sent thousands of email messages full of gibberish out of my site. All these problems are gone (at least for the moment!) and anyone interested can register at the URL above. Marko The Learned Pig Project |

HI
I am unable to open your site. I live in France and I want to review your project in Magicus Magazine in which I have a regular column. |
