I know absolutely nothing about Eugene Burger. Maybe no one has ever told you, but among rubber band magicians Vince Mendoza is number one. What you really need is an avatar with you, and Vince on it, and forget about this Eugene guy, who looks tooooo much like Dr. Andrew Weil. Al Angello

Are you serious? You have never heard of Eugene Burger? =O
Well, I guess it's a pleasure to have Vince in my SAM ring, eh? Yeah, very nice guy, and his magic is beautiful! Although I have never seen his rubber band work. :-/ -Vinnie |

Lol Wow, I can't believe it didn't *asterisk* it...wouldn't have said it if I knew it wouldn't do that. One thing I don't want is one of those creepy grammer guys chasing me.
Yes they are available for sale from me, there have been only and will only be 50 printed. I have ABOUT 25 left. PM me for details, I'm not sure it's OK to put that stuff on the site. Those grammer freaks might tell Steve . Jonathan, it's charcoal and and a varying range of drawing pencils, 2h-6b. And I dunno about lunch, but if you buy one of my pictures at the convention (They'll be a Bob Solaris booth OR before directly from me) then I WILL buy you a beer!

Al,
Why didn't you tell me about this? Now I'm booked in Kentucky at a state park too far away to make it. Will there be an next year? Would they allow me to come then? (When is the statute of limitations up?) Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |

I go for the lecturers, and if you're going to be there it is enough incentive to make me drive the 100 miles to meet you there next year. I'll even buy you lunch old man. Al

The reason why I went was to see Mickey Silver in action, and I was not disappointed. I have never seen a coin magician as exciting as Mickey. He gave everybody a FREE DVD, and I can't wait to see it.

All I can say is WOW to Mickey Silver. If you get an opportunity to see him perform for 2 minutes...go. He alone was worth the price of the lecture. All the lecturers did great...the performances were wonderfull as well. It was great to meet Al (good burger), EricGodHandz, and see Senior Townsend again. I'll be back next year for sure!

Enjoyable convention like last year. I missed all the lectures other than a couple of minutes of one (if I'd watched them it would have been pointless having a stand) but nice to meet and chat with Dan Tong and Jonathan Townsend, sign some of Mike's expensive cards, Joe Reindfleish introduced himself as I was going past but we didn't get chance to really chat (though I watched from a distance a nice coin effect of Joe's.) And of course the chance to chat with established friends we don't see too often is always good.
Metro Magic has a really good atmosphere to it, a very friendly convention and if you didn't attend you should make every effort to catch the next one. The organisers do a great job and I hope this convention has a long lifespan. Paul. |

The buzz in the lobby was great at Metro Magic! I was one of the lecturers this year and everyone was so gracious with their praise for the convention. Bob Solari, Bill Wisch and Carl Bajor really know how to host an intimate, professional full-day event. Thanks to all of you who bought lecture notes: your kind words about the practicality and thinking behind the work was very gratifying. Respectfully, Mark Zacharia <mark@youwillbelieveinmagic.com>.

Another great year at Metro Magic 2. The lectures were fantastic. Mark Zacharia gave some great advice for the real working professional. If anyone is interested in some great lecture notes, pick his up.
Mickey Silver did some of the most amazing coin work I have ever seen. It was the closest thing I have ever seen to real magic. And he gave out FREE DVD's to everyone. Can't wait until next year Dave
My new DVD ("The magic of David Corsaro") is now available from your favorite dealer. Watch the DVD that Daryl, Jon Allen, Shawn Farquhar, Boris Wild, Marc DeSouza, Asi Wind and Paul Green ALL ENDORSE.
