First time here, want to say hello. I'm hoping to find discussions that are inclusive, not exclusive. MT has at times a little clique of people with, shall we say, inflated opinions of themselves which cause them to ignore or disdain others.



Hoping to find meaningful interaction among others who love our art. I live in an area where I don't have the luxury of a magic club nearby or know of others who are into magic in this town.



I do want to compliment you on starting this board. The design is excellent.

I know what you mean about "inflated egos".
I've dropped out of -- or been driven out of -- at least two other boards due to that very fact.
And I don't miss them in the slightest!
You're now at the best and biggest magic board on the 'net.
And a particularly nice thing about this place is that we are all willing to admit our limitations and are all willing to learn from anyone who is willing to teach.
