Hello Fellow Magi,

Both my friend Michael's pressing and his thoughtful postings,
have finally got me here,
and thank god there was still seating room in your Café.

I travel a great deal with my magic,
and am the cliché full-time-one-man-band of a business,
so I don't know how often I'll be able to participate in discussions.

And if you know me from other magic venues,
you may be very pleased of my limited involvement <grin>
but I will try to mind my temper and not pound lumps on heads here.

Please always feel free to drop me a line to say hello,
or with any theatrical magic concerns or challenges you may be facing
and I'll do my best to help.

For the thousands of you who have been spared my many opinions,
I'll post a little about me below.

Magically,
Walt

SPELLBINDER ENTERTAINMENT

“People need stories more than bread itself…
they tell us how to live…
and why.”
-1001 Arabian Nights-

CONJURER & TELLER-OF-TALES, WALT ANTHONY, a dynamic performer, has over thirty-years of practical experience and formal training as a professional entertainer and full-time magician. He has wit, exuberance, and an elegant style, making his performances unique and mesmerizing.

Mr. Anthony has a consummate acting and directing background, as well as vast experience in communications, education and corporate training. He has the ability to encourage and motivate, and inspires people far beyond the enjoyment of his performance. Walt has presented programs nationwide for media, organizations, and industry.

Walt Anthony is a member of the Inner Circle of Bizarre Magic, the Society of American Magicians, the International Brotherhood of Magicians, and the Actor’s Equity Association, he is an alumnus of Mystery School -master magician’s conferences where performers from all over the globe were chosen to participate and share ways to deepen the Art of Magic by honoring its mythic, symbolic, and historical roots-. Walt also facilitates master-workshops for other magicians, to help promote magic as an Art-form, strengthening performance techniques, and stagecraft skills.

-------------------------------------------------

“Spellbinder Magic excels at alchemy, one’s disbelief melts with each mystical revelation. Walt Anthony differs from your “yellow pages” magician, as this Conjurer is a magical storyweaver who empowers, enlightens, and transforms! A Bardic Wizard, he recounts tale after tale, seamlessly combining ancient ritual with contemporary enchantment.”

Hi Spellbinder,

Thanks for your intro and welcome to the Café! No doubt you'll be a welcomed addition to any of the conversations and please don't hesitate to join in. Just pull up a comfortable chair and be prepared for lots of reading. The coffee here is pretty good too.

Welcome to the Café Walt.
It's times like this I wish I'd listened to what my Grandad used to say...
