I think "Tarot Below Zero" is a selection of effects, and the title of an E-Book, and not an effect. So it doesn't fit into this "game". (??)

Um . . . being the author of the effect, I think I have 100% authority to say that, "you, sir, are incorrect."

It is a single effect that happens to be found in a book of the same title, but rest assured, it is a single effect. The section that details the effect has many subsections, but they are all part of one effect called "Tarot Below Zero."

Thus, I would say that the game continues waiting for someone to post an "O" trick.
