Dear Magiguy, the following entry in your list is not entirely correct:
"Klondike Poker (Tom Bowyer) *** Encyclopedia of Card Tricks (Gravatt, Hugard, pg. 373)"
In Encyclopedia of Card Tricks the correct title is "Klondyke Poker" instead of "i" it must be called "y".
The basic of Bowyer's Poker trick is a New Deck Order.

My following entry is based on a shuffled deck and is really titled:
