Allow me to add a small note: the originator of this handling is not Stephen Minch, but Ernest Erick. So your source entry could begin: “(Ernest Erick in Stephen Minch's book By Forces...)” Postscript: "Face-Up Ace Cutting" also has an originator: GERALD KOSKY. |

I was actually wondering how to correctly cite from books with differing authors and creators.
There wasn't a consistent style used throughout this thread so I opted for the simple solution of just citing the book. |
