Technically, the next item (following Shock Treatment) should begin with a "T." Generally, "The" doesn't count (that would more commonly fall under "B").

I'm not clear on whether sleights and moves should count, I see they have been accepted, but I wonder if the next round we play shouldn't clarify this point.
Also, are we using "H" or"T" for the next item?
