Neznarf,

I showed my wife the website a couple of months ago and asked her how I would look in some of those jackets and shirts. She just laughed and said if I showed up in some of the places I performed looking like that, I just might get beat up!!!!!

So much for that idea.

Personally I like the way they look, although they are a bit overwhelming.

The shirts are definately (in my opinion) not worth "looking" at. Very tacky.

On the other hand, besides having other fingers, the jackets against a black top and pants look a lot better.

Sequins????
The last time I wore sequins was in a show where the costume designer thought it would look FABULOUS to glue sequins in a G-string pattern to the outside of a pair of blue silk pants.
So...I did the entire show with the audience staring at my sparkley crotch.
When I was down on the stage in front of a single spotlight as part of the act, it created a disco globe effect eminating from those regions.

We got a new costume designer.
Sequins BAD.

Gwyd! That is hilarious. Got any video of that?

The price for a bad designer $200.00
The price for the sequins $50.00

The look on Gwyd's face when he had to wear it....Priceless

I think these may be more appropriate for Dancing With the Stars.

Those are definitely flashy. I can see them working for some magicians.
They wouldn't be for me. That's for sure.

You know in my younger days I spent six months in Nashville working in the sequen mines, but it gave me so many health issues I just had to quit.

Too much glitter.
I can't see myself wearing something like that.

Interesting, not for a stand up act but may still be ok for some flashy Vegas style illusion show.

Al,

Hey what the heck. Porter Wagner and Little Jimmy Dickens still look great in sequence cowboy outfits.

There were so many wierd side effects that I experienced working in the Tennessee sequen mines.

The first side effect was I got a hankerin to drink some moon shine.

I started liken grits, and gravy.

I wanted to eat chili dogs late at night.

Then Dolly Parton started looken real good to me.

The fifth, and scarest symptom of them all was, I wanted to sit in the stands at a NASCAR race to eat some dust, drink some beer, and smoke a whole pack of Winstons.

It was so bad that I had to run back to Pennsylvania for a cheese steak, and a canoli to snap out of it.

NO SEQUENS FOR ME THANK YOU

Al,

You are a trip!!!!

Same here although;

1. Moonshine will make you sterile (considering some of the people I have known in the past, that might not be such a bad thing).

2. Grits are ok with cheese but gravy will kill you.

3. I never eat a chili dog after 10:00 PM CST, but it's ok after 10:00 PM CDT. Hey what can I say, Sonic stays open late in the summertime.

4. Dolly Parton, no comment. I alway hear the opening line of the song "The Sound of Music' when I see her. I have met her a couple of times and she is a truly genuine person.

5. No offense to the people who like NASCAR, but to me, I don't get it. To me it's 200 MPH and turn left. Now on the other hand, full contact cow tipping, it doesn't get better than that.

But Al, I have to admit, a cheese steak sounds real good right now. They go great with grits and sushi.

This town and Las Vegas would go bankrupt without sequens.

My Best to You,

David Williams

SOME THINGS ARE JUST WRONG...

Disco was never right in the first place and the "Village People". I would be havin' some one "Kissin the gunners daughter" ( getting caned) if they ever even hinted that the Seadawg and Sequines should ever appear any where together).

Gwyd, hope you are recovering from that traumatic event. Could imagine it only being worse if you had to recite the "Barney" Song..... ARGHHHHHHHH!
