Does anyone know if Poinc's follow-up volume to "The Practioner" will be published posthumously? What a loss to all of us if his recent writings for that book are lost forever...

Mary Tomich is preparing to publish Poinc's next book.
She has been too busy with work to do it. I understand that she will be moving to a different city and that she will not have to travel so much, giving her more time. There was to be a third book, but I don't know if enough was completed to make it possible to publish.

As Bill says, above, the second book will be published soon; and I'm reasonably certain that the third book was almost done when Gene died so it will probably be coming out sometime later.
Gene's monthly column in the Linking Ring magazine is still running. Editor Phil Willmarth told me that Gene supplied him with enough columns for a couple of years, so we can look forward to the NLT being with us for some time yet, in spirit if not in body. (<-- Gene would really HATE that!) |

Great Question! I wanted to ask it but I was afraid of the answer.
