Andrew Wimhurst has a very nice center deal. You can find this on his video "The card artistry of Andrew Wimhurst" and in his booklet "Down under deals".

Well worth a look.

Thanks a lot for your replies but I think I have found one. From watching others that is and from what I heard, it is the Kennedy center. I don't think the grip or take is awkward.

Does anyone know if the Second, centers and bottom manuscript is the same as the section in RCT? I don't have the latter and just curious.

Yes, it is the same - RCT has updated illustrations.
