I just found the neatest cases that would allow someone to pack an entire show into...depending on what you have.

They are meant to be makeup cases but they are huge from what I can tell.

Go to http://www.makeupkits.com and click on cases on the left hand side.

It looks like you culd simply roll the table in, take the back off and be ready to go.

Hey Todd, you're right! Those do look like some great cases that could work perfectly.

The prices are pretty good too. Thanks for the link.

I've been looking for cases like that forever! Thanks for posting the site, never thought of make-up cases. Tried all kinds of tackle boxes, tool boxes, these are great!

They are certainly very useful and covenient. I have used them for my acts and they really help you organise your props well.

I would suggest those with rollers - so you could just roll them in. The case could be heavy if you put all your props and accessories inside. The rollers would help protect your hands and arm from unnecessary stress, strain and injury before your performances.

An unexpected benefit of doing a favor free show for my nurse sister-in-law at a local hospital was an very old , but in good condotion Dr.'s bag given me by the wife of the late Doctor. It's fantastic. Lots of neat little places to put props.etc. Even a neat old apothecary bottle for hand lotion. I had my "character" name put on the side in gold lettering. It looks very impressive.

They come pretty close to the case I dream of having, lol. If you have seen the show CSI then you may know what I am talking about. I want one of those cases that the characters in CSI carry around lol.

You can find tackle boxes that are basically the same thing, and much cheaper. Those are nice though.

I have also found cosmetic cases in Target Department store. Leather and aluminum. Various sizes for closeup. Favorable prices; $20-40. Also, check office supply stores for larger hard (file) cases. I've had better luck in Staples with larger cases. Home Improvement stores (ie. Lowes) for aluminum brief cases ($30). Hope this helps.

Some of the Jewelers Supply Companies have similar cases that are really great. Because of the way their cases work, you can customize them to a great degree.
