Just purchased a 3 inch Chrome Kennedy 64...

I think it is a Todd Plaster... It has nice crisp milled edges...

So the problem I am having with the coin is the fact that the chrome
is not really uniform... The coin has some reasonably noticeable inconsistencies
in it's texture. It looks as though the chrome may have not completely hardened
and yet the coin was moved upright... So the finish has a bit of a "running water"
type of look to it...

Difficult to explain...

I was really hoping for a nice even finish too the coin.

Anyway I just wanted to know if this is common or if I got a slightly defected coin??? I bought it from Hank Lee...
and just want to be certain before I approach the shop.

Thank you.
Shawn.

Thank you Magical Dimensions... I figured it was a defect, but I wanted to be certain.

I heard it can be difficult to chrome plate coins...

All the best.
