Hi all,

A friend of mine told me about a trick presented to him years ago that just bugs me. I'm a magician for a long date and although I spent the last two hours looking for this effect (either in forums or online shops) I can't find it. If you have any hint where I can find information about this trick please let me know. It was described to me like this:

A friend was doing the desappearing salt in salt shaker in a restaurant. He would wrap the SS with his hands and make it desappear (the classic fake salt shaker). But then my friend asked the magician to do the same with a ketchup bottle, and he did the same thing! He wrapped the KB with his hands and made the content disappear! My first reaction was "probably a fake bottle" but my friend swears that the magician had no intent in doing the same thing with the KB. And he also compared the KB with the KB in other tables. After the meal they left the KB there!

Thanks for any help in unveiling this mystery!

The fake bottle was the full one, the real one was empty

Really enjoyed that Jamie!
I am still going to avoid the ketchup bottle effect as it doesn't fit me.
I am really glad that you are having a blast using it!:)

I enjoy performing Martin Lewis's take on the classic vanishing bottle called Snacks Alive. He uses a coke bottle but I use a ketchup bottle instead. Always get a great reaction.
