The ad reads it makes smoke from your bare hands. Has anyone ever brought this product from Proof Positive Inc. magic? If you have, what do you think of it?

Yes, I got this.
Is it good ? Just depend on how you use it . Once opened,if you do not use it regularly the chemical will run out itself. Also it will make your cuff link rusty. Hope this helps |

It IS an astounding enhancement for effects. It is NOT a stand alone trick however, when you make something disappear from your hand, why not have it disappear in a puff of smoke (that apparently comes from your closed fist when you open it) instead of just opening your hand to show it empty.
The draw back is that you must "rig" yourself with the equipment before you go out to perform, you MUST wear a jacket and it must be done in a well ventialted room as the chemicals required are both corosive and toxic. The good side is that it is visually stunning (you must fight hard not to over use it BUT it will ensure the audience remembers it) and Andrew also offers a money back guarantee that he honors. He is aknowledgable, talented magician who is very ethical too and stands behind his products 100%. PSIncerely Yours, Paul Alberstat http://www.stores.ebay.ca/Abstagecraft |

Apart from being a great enhancement on your "vanishes" the chemical used is a horror to work with. It destroys virtually everything that comes in contact with it, even your sleeves!
Great idea, but it needs further (chemical) improvement.

It is actually quite safe. If you have any questions I suggest you try to contact Andrew directly. At the moment, however, he does not have an email address.
It is extreamly visual and magicial looking. -George Tait |

It is good, but you gotta REALLY want to do this effect to go to all the trouble.

George, it IS a good effect and very magical. But neither my tailor, nor my wife would agree with you mentioning it being safe.

I have heard bad things about it.. easier to use the new Smoke gimmick, but you would have to blow the smoke out toward your hands.. still a good trade off for something that works, that you don't have to buy refills.

This thread is 9 years old, what on earth made you come to it now? haha, seriously though ultra smoke 2000 can corrode clothes and be very dangerous if inhaled, if you want smoke, go for puresmoke, from Ellusionist.com, heard some good things and some bad things but the most important thing is that the smoke wont kill you, or hurt you in any way, and it wont corrode your clothes
