Hello,
Would it be possible to introduce the differences between those two poker deals? Is this more of a difference in method, in plot, presentation, or all the above in once? Many thanks, Jonathan. |

Progressive is a routine with three phases. In each phase the conditions get fairer and the effect become more fooling until, in the last phase, they choose the hole cards (no force) and all the cards are dealt face up!! I put a lot of work into this routine and it's a genuine fooler. I'm very proud of it.
Refried is one phase routine where they make all the choices, everything seems fair and you still score the straight fuls (and they get a killer hand too). Progressive can lead right into Refried but I choose the effect for the situation - I would do Progressive in a mentalism presentation - refried as a part of any act on it's own - I might use both for poker players.
