Basically, the english translation of what it means is Federation International Societies of Magic. It is a world meet, and world competition, supported by various national magic organizations throughout the world.

Do they ever release a DVD of the performances as a whole show? I know each participant can purchase a video of thier particular performance, but was looking for a set of the entire competition.
