Does anyone know anything about a magician by the name of Monsignor Foy and/or Dr. Casaubon? He appears in a photo on Jim Riser's website along with Ross Bertram, Faucett Ross and a few others.

It has been several years since I posted the picture; but as I recall, David Ben identified Monsignor Foy for me. David most likely has some info on the gentleman.
