Not offhand, but I have a name for it if you work something out, you could call it "Club Fed"
Or maybe "5 to 15"
Woke up.
Fell out of bed.
Dragged a comb across m' head.

There's the classic old prop, usually found in children's magic kits, where you pass the bill-sized piece of blank paper through a little device with a couple of rollers, and as the paper rolls through, it emerges as a printed bill on the other side.

You could also use something like Hundy 500 to go from blanks to bills. There's also any in-the-hands bill switch (I'm partial to Money Morph by Kevin King myself).

No, not talking about the old money makers.... An efefct I saw once via a friend of a friend where performer printed a bill in the middle of a blank sheet of paper, and later cut teh bill out of the middle of the paper and gave it out.

Wondering if this was released commercially or not?

Mike Bornstein has an effect called SIMPLEX MONEY MAKER in 1 of his Paper Money books.

Here, a blank piece of paper sandwiched between two playing cards takes on the appearance of a dollar bill, then is restored to normal. This has the center portion of the $1 "printed" on the blank piece of paper.

Al Schneider's "Himber wallet" is a good one.
