I have been to all the Dracula castles .. Dracula didn't build or live at the one for sale ... The real ones are in ruins and hard to get to .... but they are much more spectacular !!!!!! The one in Curte de Arges ...is fantastic !!!! The one for sale has a great Dracula market with a lot of cool nick nacks for sale ......

If they decide to fix the place up, can they advertise it as "revamped"?

Castle Bran ..the one for sale,.... is beautiful.... the Carpathian mountains are breathtaking ..... the border police who held me captive in a room for 5 hours and kept scaring me with a machine gun until I payed them all my money were priceless memories....

IIRC, posting in the "Not very magical, still..." forum isn't supposed to add to your post count (get it? Count!). I might be remembering wrong, though.
I can scrape up maybe six bucks to go toward buying the castle. Anyone else? B.

My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

My uncle authored this book from information he gathered while touring the area, including the castle ruins.

I can't say the book "sucks" or "dripping with information" because I haven't "devoured" the contents of it.
