Who did Magic Fakers rip off on the "Dragonfly Rings" so I can get the real deal?

I was given the dragonfly rings DVD to check out and was not that impressed with it compared to the ninja rings. the moves are not as impressive. they are less visible from a distance. if you're going to spend any money just get the ninjas and be done with it.
