I suppose that even with only a few playing cards, you could still come up with quite a few original effects.
Full deck would be REAL nice though. Perhaps a deck of mini bikes?
The difficult must become easy, the easy beautiful and the beautiful magical.

Thanks to all for the kind words and support!
And for all those big heads out there (how can you pass up the opportunity to type that?) we are looking at having a larger hat made and we most likely will. It will cost us quite a bit more in set up fees – the factory had to make dies and guides unique to the change cap and a larger size means a whole new set of dies. But if enough people request it that should cover our costs so please let me know if you are interested! And we can place that order for you! Thanks again! B

I'm a fat head, I admit it. Count me in for a larger hat...

When I was a child, my doctor was afraid that my head might be growing at a faster rate than my body. My parents said, "Measure our heads."
The doctor did. And after that, he wasn't worried about the size of my head. That being said. I have a big head as well. True story. RevJohn |

Brian I got a question for you... this question was asked but I don't think it was ever answered and if it was I'm sorry for asking again. but anyways, is it possible to get a custom logo embroidered on the front without ruining the gimmick/cap?

Hi James. After looking at my cap, it doesn't look to be a problem. I was thinking of doing the same thing.

Yes - You can have the hat embroidered just like any other hat and it won’t keep the change cap for working (that is it wont affect the gimmick directly) But keep in mind that when you embroider something you can see the threads on the back side as well. So what you will end up with is threads on the inside of the cap that are seen at one point but when you make the change to the other side it won’t look the same anymore. So No – I wouldn’t do it if I were you. What I recommend is sewing a patch on with black thread, this is a lot less detectable. Nothing is confirmed yet but the plan right now is to include a few different patches with the DVD that will come out this summer. As always we are open to suggestions so please tell us what you would like or if you have a better idea and so on! B

Iron-on patches. The webbed sheet of iron-on stuff can be cut to fit your patch, then ironed on. Any reason this would not work?

So I will run some experiments over the weekend and get back to you on this one!

I have no idea which size my head is, but I always thought that my head is much bigger than average... anyway the change cap fits my head perfectly... so according to the former posts, now I know I wear it... my friend wore it and played with it for two hours and never noticed anything suspicious about it. Naturally - it`s just a cap I love it. Thanks to the creative guys. Thanks B.

Some possibilities to the logo sewing question: No, you don't want the thread to show on the other side unless you do a "vanishing stitch" along with the "switch".....so, maybe a velcro situation. That way you could change logos to fit the occasion. ( The logo of the visiting baseball team in town that day....with a pitcher who pitches a perfect "change up"). Or, Fabric Glue which can be found at any fabric store......or Iron On from your computer generated logo. Magnetic cloth ...... and that brings up......
Here's a thought: "Antique" the hat and have the old Boston Red Sox logo on the front...all faded and worn. Tear up a baseball card of one of Babe Ruth when he played for Boston As the patter line tells about the Babe Ruth "jinx", the card is restored or changed to the card of one of the World Series stars....and when the logo is revealed again there is an added "World Champions" banner beneath the logo ( Use the same method as the "Hello, My Name Is...." Badge). These are just off the top of my head, so any of you guys are gonna come up with better things than me. Happy Routine..ing. This is such a great and natural item !
Success to all.
