I went to the OK City area to visit familly for the holidays. I started teaching one of my nephews some magic and wanted to show fool him with a TT. Alas, I didn't have one with me. Well my inlaws told me they have a magician at church so I thought I'd borrow one from him for a few days.

Fast forward to now, I got a B-day present in the mail today from them -- "The Comedy Magic Textbook" written by guess who? David Roper is the guy I borrowed a TT from and had no clue.

Small world.

Best,
Jim

The magic community often seems so large, but when you get right down to it it's actually quite small. Coincidences like this seem to happen more frequently than in other industries. Thanks for sharing that.
