AKA National Wear Red Day.

Don't forget that February is American Heart Month.

My father, mother and I were recently featured in the 2006 Annual Report
of the American Heart Association. We represented the American Stroke Association.

Even though my father can not do magic like he once did, there's still
something magical about him when he's just sitting in the wheel chair!

ha!

For what it's worth, I wore red that day in support of research into women's heart disease, and heart disease awareness.

I bought a red button-down shirt. I don't think anyone noticed, but I sure felt good!
