I watched a magic DVD the other day and one of the magicians said that he felt that he had ruined magic for himself by learning all the secrets. He went on to say that he got his joy by giving back to the audience. I like that.

So, let us try harder not to ruin the magic for the "laypeople" by getting sloppy.
