It is very similar to the axtell drawing board, only it is a "tablet". You can tear the page off, and give it away. I've seen it online before, but can't remember the name, or where to get it.

Similar to that (and the Sketchpad Card Rise that was popular a few years ago) is the "Jack in the Box". It's a sketchpad effect for kids...no cards involved, just a picture "freely" chosen from a coloring book, you get the wrong mental impression from the child and draw the wrong pic, then turn it into a jack-in-the-box with a clown (the correct picture) rises from it, is torn off and given away.
