I posted this elsewhere, but thought you guys might know a little more:
I am going to buy 2 P&L Reels from someone and he said they were the "finger clip," I guess where you hold them in your hand. Is this different than the kind used for silk through mic stand? Keep in mind I know nothing of reel magic. Josh London |

Hi Josh:
The finger clip model is the one that you would use for Silk-through-Microphone Stand. Some people keep the clip so you can hold the reel easier. I've always broken off the clip and palmed the reel like you would finger-palm a coin. It's strictly a personal preference thing. You are a lucky man in getting two P&L reels. I hope you're getting a good deal to boot! Ron |

I saw the El Duco Reels on Hank Lee's, but I've had bad luck with Hank's. I am getting my reels from Paul Diamond, he fixed them for me and I can't wait for them to come in!

Does anyone know where I could find a reel that can be used to make a silk fly from one side of the stage into my hand? Thanks
