Hi, my name is Chuck. I live in Indiana and work as an engineer.
My step-father, (who gets all the credit for being my DAD) introduced me to magic at the age of 7. After 23 years of practice and performing, I still get butterflies in my stomach before each trick, and a huge rush of adrenalin when I pull it off. I love this stuff.

My favorite type of magic is close-up.
When ever I get ask to do a trick more than once, I reply: "It's only fun and magic once, after that it’s just work".

Love this site, I have already learned a great deal and saved some money. Thanks!!!

Hi Chuck,

Welcome to The Magic Café! I work as an engineer here in California. (And we have too many here already! Ugh.) Glad that you've stayed in magic this long. I'm looking forward to reading your posts. One can always learn something and I'm sure you have some gems that you can share from your 23 years in magic.

Welcome, make yourself at home, and we'll see you inside!

Joe
