Helo ; I'm looking for an old effect for a friend. I don't know the name. It's a comedy milk glass vanish from a tray. Tray has an apron around the bottom. I can't locate it anywhere. There is a newer version by Makime. But I can only find it at one site. Seems a little pricey. But can't find too many who carry their products. Sorry if this isn't the right area to post this. Thank you

A tray with a curtain around it sounds like a "back stage" trick.
I know they have one with a milk glass.
Where you vanish the milk, then turn around and you see that it fell down and the curtain was hiding it.
Then you do it again, this time it "really" vanishes and you can show behind the curtain.

The Mikame one is not that.
It's very nice, but it's the one where you drape the cloth over and pick up the glass and it vanishes.
The Mikame routine actually gives the vanishing of the glass away as a joke.
But then you produce a silk from the glass and the milk is gone.

The tray is typical Mikame wood craft.
A nice thing...
The glass can be filled AND THEN sat on the tray.
Plus, the glass is a very nice m****r glass.
But I will tell you this out right... it uses slush powder.
