Sorry, I don't get the joke, except, perhaps, for the "Street magic revealed" part.

The only funny part I see there is the title saying arm twisting illusion and the picture shows multiplying arm trick.

I think it might have to do with the arm twisting clockwise instead of counterclockwise. But still, I don't get the joke either.

Well, I thought it was funny. I would never use that it was revealed to sell an effect.
