The link, as presented, did not work for me unless I copied all the text onto my clipboard and pasted it into the address bar.
As to why they did not use standard BSL protocols, I admit to being totally baffled. I would think that they would want to avoid anything that was inappropriate. On the other hand, maybe this clown really means what he "says"!
