My Friend Kenny has been going through a very dark time recently and he previously loved to laugh. He is just coming out of the dark tunnel of depression and needs a chuckle, you might call it a chunnel of depression.
Could we send him some magic Café love please people. His depression was caused because by choking on a bone and he started to gag. He used to be a member here but finds his eyes are stung by the green severity. Hopefully he'll come back soon. I miss you Kenny. Be strong. One love. |

There'll be light at the end of this one sooner than you think Kenny.
I've been there myself and just know you'll be fine. Bill Malone helped me through my tough times. The Café is here to help you through yours. Mike |

Believe me when I tell you that God doesn't give us anything we can't handle. This too shall pass, Kenny. I know that sounds cliche, but it is true.
Just know that you have a lot of people out here who are pulling for you. I wish you all the best, B

Wow...
Choking on a bone and gagging made him depressed?! Good thing it wasn't something catastrophic like breaking a finger nail - that would have sent him into an even deeper Chunnel (and god forbid he stub his toe!). Did he at least get a free meal out if it? I remember I once had a choking fit at a restaurant and they didn't charge me (take that tip as a possible way to save a few bucks). Kenny, It could be worse - imagine how depressed the poor creature you were devouring when you gagged felt before it was sent to slaughter. The above post mentions that 'This too shall pass Kenny' - well, that depends on whether you actually swallowed the bone or not. If you did - may the passing be as painless with the least amount of damage possible. And in regards to the fact that you can't handle the green severity of the Café? Again, it could have been worse (flourescent pink perhaps). I often get depressed after staring at the Café green for long periods of time - in fact, it can sometimes make me (when I look away from the screen onto a white wall) see red. Buck up you wuss! (hows that for magic Café love!?) P.S. - if Kenny is actually depressed and the original post completely serious in that he actually got depressed by gagging on a bone - please ignore my post and see it as the sarcastic ramblings of a tactless idiot that it is. |
