The owner of the magic shop in my city was talking to me about it while I was shopping for new tricks.

I was googling some things and stumbled across the Café. At the time I was uninterested but I found the Café again through Google (a search for linking rubber bands I think). After lurking for a while I joined.

I think I was made aware about it at an IBM ring meeting, by a co-worker, searching on google.com, and from a friend, all within a two or three day span. It seemed more like the Café found me. What a great resource.

Heard about Magic Café from the Ellusionist forums and am very thankful. Magic Café is a tremendous wealth of information for any level of magician.
Cheers!
